Rates

Agreement Lease agreement is for a four month period, beginning December 15th through April 15th (dates are flexible).            The rental fee amount is $11,500.  Security deposit required.

Payment & Deposits

• Security deposit (refundable) and rental fee deposit are due upon signing a rental agreement 
• Remaining renal fee balance payment is due prior to occupancy.

 

Utilities, Heat & Snow Removal

Electricity, local telephone calls, cable TV, high speed internet and weekly trash removal are included in the rental fee.  Snow removal/sanding are included for all major storms. Tenant is responsible for heating oil consumption.  One half cord of dry firewood will be provided at no cost.  Good cell phone coverage is available in this area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cleaning Services Cleaning services are provided upon request at a rate of $25 per hour.  chesterhouse.vt@gmail.com
